Mike: Well, we've had some delays in discussions. There were some holidays involved for people so we haven't chatted for a while. But everybody is back now so discussions will be ongoing

I sure hope that 'holiday delay' isn't referring to Elmer's vacation. How can anyone (on either ours OR Teck's) negotiating a possibly billion dollar deal take a holiday while a clock is ticking to a deadline (soft or not)?

Holidays can wait till there is some down time! Get this done or at least don't be so lackadaisical with everything.
