Hey all, long time stalker of the form, to affraid of my lack of knowledge on the technical stuff to ever post.

But I am wondering if Mike has confirmed the countdown is on, what is the deal with the Liard shares? I know some guys are saying it will save paperwork if there is a buy out. But why not atleast acknowledge that they are ours, but to save some hastle we are just going to leave them where they are?
