Hmm... Another hint at the dates...

10 weeks from today would be May 27th. 120 days subtracted from May 27th would mean that Jan 28th would be a possible date the FS was submitted.

If we used Feb 4th as the actual date it was submitted, we'd have more than 11 weeks to the 120 days ending June 4th.

I still think the FS was delivered a few days prior to Feb 4th NR but still no real smoking gun - just a lot of hints.
