I was surprised that they would even gave him or anyone any time frame on a NR. I kinda laughed, but hoping it could happen, since we are all expecting some news soon. I took that date as well as all other passed and missed dates as "soon come".. I will call him just to show him, what he is dealing with getting news from them at this stage of the negotiations.. and I understand but he shouldnt throw dates out there.

It will happen when it happens and I am confident it will happen. The lbs in the ground, the potential, Port Facilities, NT. EA,and other factors keep me here till the end, which I believe will " soon come"
