"He was told that the review period ended March 6th and a NR would be out on or about March 20th."

Hmmm, sounds to me like this NR is going to announce more than, the review period ended March 6, 2013. Like why weeks after the fact? Why wait on such a simple announcement? I sense something else is going to be announced. What do you think? Still hopeful!
