Thanks Pat. I hope you know that I'm not critizing your report but rather drilling into what the gospel is on a FS Notice date which I think is rather important.

Interesting.... So if I have this right, she strongly implied the notion of Feb 4th as per the NR but did not per se send tablets down the mountain with the words "FS Notice delivered to Teck on Feb 4th 2013 A.D."

I'll stop specultating.
