Could it be David Macdonald that is taking the $500,000, which amounts to about 632,911 shares. If he bought on the open market, he would be paying much higher, and he has a warrant to boot. Good on him, if it is indeed him, but really don't know why theses guys are sometimes clueless on their expeditures.
