I think it would make sense to let the Liard shares park for now if a broader open ended discussion about the whole shebang was going on right now. Maybe some sort of escrow type safekeeping could be the thing to do but I think both parties are pretty clear on the language of the Agreement on transfer of those shares (maybe one of the only clear things imho).

I was just breezing thru the FS again and re-noticed the part in the timelines section that lists 'teck review April 2013' as part of the project timeline. That was posted before but maybe more pertinent now.
