To be fair, these clauses were written a decade or so ago and the Agreement is publicly available. We are only catching up to these clauses now and judging by the mixed message on the 30 days (or no 30 days) from Elmer and Jason during the VRIC and a week or two after, they are too LOL!

I believe NTL was always slated to be completed in 2014. It isn't much matter since we won't be able to use any of that power till after though our space in the cue is critical. There is enough power for about 3 Schaft Creeks and Red Chris is not as power hungry as our project so there should be enough power to go around by the time we want to flip on the switch.
