I am of the mind that the 120 days has started but TCK isn't being held to it -- for the moment. TCK knows well what they have in CUU. They are running the numbers in my opinion. A back-in or buyout offer could come in any moment literally!

PDAC is coming up and TCK is a big supporter there. CUU will be at the conference. I am thinking that we will know more by PDAC.
