The CESL process on their website is for refining the concentrate to cathode.

Used by Copper Refiners.

The stuff coming out of mines like SC and New Afton is just concentrate. IE: Crusher, Ball/SAG mills, floatation cells and thickening.

The article that I had copied comes from the BFS document based on work CESL had done running the Liard/Paramount feed through their recovery process.

But if Elmer said that it is of no use then I am a little baffled, because the CESL website indicates recoveries of CU and AU from their process.
