"According to past posts, Teck usually make quick decisions."

The thinking is that TECK makes a quick decission IF they decided not to pursue the project further. It is believed (based on TECK's history) that TECK lets the juniors know quite fast that they are out of the project. Some on CUU management team think that TECK taking it's time is actually good news. All speculation.
