I'm 50% underwater and can wait it out but the way this is unfolding with all the uncertainty

and numerous interpretations of when the clock starts is certainly disconcerting.

In my 30 years of investing this is probably the most stressful one I've gone through and

for certain when this is over I will give jv resource stocks a wide berth.
