Kathy and Lynn would play a supportive role pulling, collating, organzing, crunching numbers as requested by the core negotiation team, often times on very short notice.

I think the point we are trying to establish is whether or not negotiations are going on, it's not really a question of how this will all work.

The reason we were discussing whether David would be involved in the negotiations was because we think he bought shares today and that would seem to imply that he is not involved if negotiations were actually going on. I believe, regardless of whether he is actually at the negotiating table, or even aware of any material information, that he will be in blackout along with everyone else.

Therefore, it doesn't appear that negotiations are going on given the insider buying today.
