Here is where we stand now...

BFS has been delivered to teck.

The clock has not officially started, however, Teck's 30 days review is.

It is purely speculative at this point but when do you think we will hear anything out of those ''discussions'' turning into ''negotiations'' ?

We all know Teck has a history of acting fast... as per last NR, they are already discussing their back in options...

Also, it is my understanding that once we have a formal offer, that ES will find ''appropriate'', they will be in the obligation of presenting it to us for some kind of vote?
