Would not the wording of the contract only be important if either side felt that they needed to resort to the contract?

I wonder if they really care that their PR guy gives the opposite answer to a question that ES does.

The latest NR did not give me the impression that they are concerned whether we know what is going on, or not. Or even if that bothers us.
