For a german shareholder, which english not good enough to read every part of the contract

and understand it clear, I am confused now. Teck can reject the BFS, because not bankable

at 12 % NPV. OK, they can do, it is in the contract. But Elmer had nearly 100 % proove,

that there is much, much more than in the poorly BFS. So the last statement from MES

was very good, TECK also must to be care off send CUU to another year of proofing more.

May be Elmer is tired from CUU and than wants to sell to some Chinese, may be for 2,50 $,
