I have always thought it would be in EE interest to buy say 5m shares, since Teck would never pay less than the SP and EE's worth would rise expediently.

So what is wrong with that theory. EE in blackout, EE knowing this may take a lot longer and we will need more PP's for drilling.

As this stock has been derisked the price has descended
