Hi, Liddy: My understanding is that it is up to Teck to elect whether it backs in or not and if so how much it will back in as per the agreement. Then it has that 4 year clause, etc to earn back. Just speculating on the interest, I think they will elect to back in for 75% or they will negotiate to buy us out.
