Check out pg 24-7

"A summarized Schedule is provided...with the key dates as follows:

  • kick-off feasibility study: January 19, 2010
  • feasibility study ocmpleted: December 2012
  • Teck review period completed: April 2013
  • .....

What clock are they using for this date? That is a few months ahead of June 4th per 120 days from today...

Didn't someone quote Mike from the Vancouver conference as saying something about the clock to the effect of "what makes you think it hasn't started already"?
