I doubt Haper will be up for having NDP get full control of BC's Mining boom, not to mention how much money was spent recently in promoting Canada and BC mining to China, India etc... and opening up free trading between us and everyone else. I don't believe there is any political threat comingn to BC not for at least the next 30-50 years.
