Right now 120 days from Feb 04, would take us to roughly May 04. The Elections are May 14. Unless there is another delay Teck will not be able to see who wins the new election. The will have an idea but it already looks like its NDP.

May would be 90 days.

Early June would be 120 days. Post election, if Teck wants to drag it out to see who's in office.
