If it is a buy out I assume there's a halt. Would the halt be lifted before the payout?

If it is a back in would there be a halt? I assume in this case the halt would be lifted as it would be business as usual until we found a buyer for the rest of what we own.

Any thoughts about what a backin would do to our SP?
