Not seeing the same worry you are, it says:

The securities commissions then make the appropriate documents publicly available after a review process. These public documents will be accessible on this Web site the following day.

Doesn't that just mean that they'll be there by Tuesday at the latest (but filed Monday). I think it just says that continuous disclosures don't get reviewed...but the reviews aren't CUU "soon" reviews...just day long - make sure it's fine reviews.
