Thanks a lot for sharing with us your conversation with Mike. We have all been so patient, let us hope that we are rewarded for this appropriately. Looking forward to moving on to other investments. While I think the Arizona opportunity is potentially interesting, I am focused entirely on the BFS, the 120 clock and the back in/buy out.
