Web, the other side of that coin is, when we get into a bout of inflation, and it's coming, money will lose it's value and metals in the ground will increase in value.

Tck just borrowed a lot of money knowing it may pay it back at a much lower dollar value. the lender assumes the inflation risk.

IMO it's better for Tck to use the money now, while it has the highest purchasing power, than wait and need to spend more to get the same value.....just some thoughts...chunky
