Yes I do know about the 4 year clause but the question was in regards to what happens near term. We all know CUU want to sell their 25%. Management has stated that many times. Why wait 4 years to see if Teck can fulfill their obligation. I would like to see CUU enhance their position asap by drilling that waste rock so we can sell at a better price.
