Interesting analogy.
I also find it interesting how our agreement with Teck keeps making my thinking go in circles. One the one hand I think how the BFS isn't that good (optics) so that Teck will not want pay us what we think it is worth - so that they may walk. But then I think of how they get in on a major project (20%,40%,75%) so inexpensively compared to the asset value that they really can't afford NOT to take their option. But then I think of how in taking a less than 100% portion, they now don't have full control which a major would certainly want. So then in the end, I realize that they will really want to buy us out. Now I'm back to where I started. :)
My point is only that this is why I full believe that CUU and Teck will be able to come to agreement on a price. We want to sell, they want to buy.
