If as we have been informed the BFS was developed for Teck and agreed on by Teck prior to the Dec 24th NR then completion of a notice on Sedar is only a formality.


The BFS in its current form may have been developed to not attract players other than Teck.

If there are no talks taking place then and Teck agrees to the document, I ask why delay this any longer? What are you waiting for Elmer?

There is simply no reason what so ever for a delay given what is available to us today.
