I understand the OPP are now giving out two Leafs tickets with each speeding citation along with the promise that if you are caught the second time, you will be forced to use them.....

I've heard a lot of Leaf jokes over the years, but that is a new one for me, and gave me a much needed laugh tonight - thanks CG!
