but CUU 2.0 will be the Arizona land... how much of value can it really be with water shortage etc...? Unless we get our teck shares converted plus some cash and CUU 2.0 is just a bonus for us (for free). i wouldnt really want CUU to collect all our cash and spin it out into another company and then just give us shares for it...
