I should clarify this statement. The 25% figure was the example I gave. MS didn't mention any percentages to me. All he said was that they would get another JV partner with deep pockets to continue on. And they have no shortage of other interested parties from what I gather. Right now everybody is waiting for Teck to make their move. Sorry for the confusion.
