I would say that the BFS is still not done in its entirety. Maybe sensitivities are being added or something but that is my 2 cents.
I don`t know if this could be said.....I thought Teck signed off on the BFS.
If Teck signed off then the BFS would have been complete.
Now im not sure that CUU can add anything to the BFS once Teck signs off.
