The problem here is that the clock doesnt start ticking until the BFS is delivered to Teck. I know of no reqirement that says it must be delivered just because it is filed on SEDER. Teck has had the info. for months now, and as of Dec. 26 negotiations had not even begun. Hope I am wrong , but the delivery could be delayed for months from now, thus delaying the start of the clock. Please, someone convince me that I am wrong!
