We will not get a HALT on NR that BFS has been filed with SEDAR and the 120 day clock have started when Teck is delivered the BFS right? Neither will there be a HALT when announcement is made on Teck's decision on buyin/buyout/or buy not of CUU.

The next HALT will be the announcement that CUU has been bought in/bought out/no deal by Tech? Am I right?
