I expect Teck to provide some sort of offer in conjunction with the conveyance of the Liard shares

I think Elmer must suspect this as well, only way he would be so noncommital about the potential of the JV and the subsequent agreement

...failing that though, we will soon see what the market values our carried 1/4 interest in this sure to be mine, and the continuing income represented by the Liard interest
