Teck 2013 budget

When Teck did their Q3 2012 results they deferred their budget for 2013 until the Q4 results. The year prior they announced the budget in the Q3 results so it was a bit of a shift for them.

They've announced those Q4 2012 results will be given on February 7th now. I can't see how they are going to run a 2013 budget without coming to some sort of conclusion about what they're going to do with us. I guess they could make a two-scenario budget but that's awkward.
