It could be a missed opportunity for CUU to lose out on the Liard shares by not filing the BFS as soon as possible.

If Teck opts to make their decision before we release the feasibility then we automatically receive the Liard shares. Teck cannot avoid transferring those shares at this point unless they buy us out completely. If they buy us out completely they have to include the value of the Liard shares at this point.

However, the Teck decision was expected quickly so it could come any time now.
