I and a few others here believe that Cuu is already discussing the buyout by TcK, so those first 2 Actions really are not a priority. It may be embarassing but mgnt is and has been focused on the BFS and not PR to boost stock price. The longs and insiders are the main group to gain real wealth, low stock price/ high buyout for all who buy and hold. IMHO JA
