Let's say Teck walks away (unlikely IMO) where does that leave us in regards to SC. Do we have a "corridor" out now where Teck has bought tons of land around us? Furthermore the BSF states that we will use 65 km of Tecks road. Could this be a obstacle if we have to find another buyer and could all this land buying by Teck be a problem for us when transporting material from SC to Port of Stewart? Any views on this?
