Yes, Teck has an option to earn it back. It (the lands) used to be Teck's. We have to give Teck (or the owners of the contract has to give Teck) whatever they elect to backin for. That's what the option agreement is...an option on their part to recieve back X% if they fulfill their end of the agreement.
