It may be a tad high but it's not out to lunch 3.00 I would have liked to see, but the number used is not by any imagination a far stretch. Just 15-20 years ago oil was 32 bucks a barrel what was gold 3-500 where are they today? So imagine at that increase where they will be in 8-10 years when we come online. So no I don't think 3.25 is a far stretch.
