We have endured a huge rollercoaster ride on CUU over the last while and I for one will not be jumping for joy on a sub $3 buy out.
I would not be either if we got less than $3 for a buy out after holding for 5+ years and enduring the roller coaster ride. But here is the thing everyone on this board should consider: It doesn't matter what you or I think the buyout is. The only person that really matters is EE. He is the one that has funded this thing and brought us here. He is the one that controls the majority of shares.
From all the things I have learned and read about EE I cannot believe that he would continued to fund this risky venture with millions of his own money as high as over $1.50 in PP just to get a return of less than double his money. If he thought we were only going to get $3 or less per share why not allow the financings to be public and spread the risk? It just doesn't make financial sense imo to risk more of his money like this to get such a lower return. The riskier the venture the higher the return expected. That is investing 101.
I believe EE is a shrewd businessman. Imo, he knows this is worth far more than $3 and he is probably not going to settle for anything less than $5/sh. This is what I think he will settle for and I will stick with my guess on that.
