Message: Partner probably funding the whole thing?

I'm not doing a 180, I just think that calling this a $10billion project is going way too far. I think we should be more in the $3 range currently. (Sometimes I think we might get to $4, but not often.)

The quote about the MIRA came directly from the News Release dated September 25th:

"The re-interpretation of the total field magnetic data has confirmed the preliminary interpretation of the 2011 data set and has not identified any additional targets to the north and south ends of the project area."

You can't just read that and then interpret some sort of wild geological potential. They flat out state there are no more targets shown to the north and south. That would be beyond the ones they have already identified which, I agree, gives decades of potential. But the potential on those is about what the Schaft Creek potential value was many years ago before it was drilled.

When I said the following on Dec. 29th I was thinking that we might get about $1.2 billion, and then Teck would be able to sell a portion for the same amount after doing some of the work to prove to a potential partner there was value. I just don't think you can leap right off this feasibility to a $10billion current value based on very optimistic talk of potential.

Teck's feasibility

Teck could buy us out completely and then put in one years work drilling and put out a much improved feasibility because they already have most of it completed with better economies of scale, etc. They can take most of 2013 to improve it substantially by upgrading the inferred and increasing the metal recoveries and all the other recommendations at minimal cost.

Then they sell a portion of the project off to a partner and make gobs of money and share the financing.
