It may be his highest priority, but that doesn't mean it'll be out quick. The BFS has been the highest priority for the last 2 years and we've seen how that's gone. Even other companies take some time to file (though I don't know if filing is required to start the Teck clock, just notification - no? Can someone correct me on this?). CUU has a precedent to take it's time. I'll be glad if it's quicker, but I certainly don't expect it.
