That's my understanding as well

So unless they already hold a lot of shares in street name (Stifel?) you might expect that they might pick up some of the slack at this price if they were intending to offer more (if they were intending to offer at all) in a planned buyout

Or would that be construed as insider trading

Seems like it could be
