Correct me if I am wrong, but from what we have just heard, copper fox will present the BFS in early January. Teck will then have up to the end of April, 120 days, to exercise thier option. Once teck has declared thier option, then the 60 clock is started on forming a JV. During this 60 day period, if teck does not take out cuu, copper fox can sell to the highest bidder and not form a JV.
