Let's say they pay us 1.7-2B

They then own 100%, keep control and can sit on it as long as they want or build it. That would take a few years...and in a few years (when they're ready to produce and metal prices are wayyyy higher, they can sell the same 25% they paid 1.7-2B for 3-4B....

So not only are they getting this free...they'll be making money of the purchase just based on futur metal prices.
