I question the implications of the EA submission. If this is going to be submitted in Q2/Q3, could we not be looking at an additional year beyond that until its approved?

What level of reasonable assurance do we have that it will be successful? Is anyone aware of management having made any comments/opinions?

I don't see how Teck could possibly buy us out until the results of the EA are known.

Not bashing...just wondering if I am missing something?
