Yes it is imo! And furthermore, if they do opt for the 75% we control where the money is spent. We could decide to upgrade the resources further to move the 171M tons of "waste" into the M&I category. With hundreds of millions at our disposal ( 4X90 = 360M ) we could drill all the prospective regions to firm our resource all the while increasing our own value. IMO, with a very strict timeline to get the mine up and running I don't think Teck would want to lose control of this to someone else. They will have to buy us out at a premium much higher than just 25% of the project. My guess is they could go as high as 40 or 50% since their next alternative is to just back in for 40% leaving us with 60%.
